Our Founder
Frank Mullen moved to Wisconsin in the late 19th century to fulfill his one dream in life: to bring milk to the masses. Mullens started as a small dairy bar where the community could come together for the love of milk. It has since left its roots as a milk bar to become a fabulous vintage diner.
